CURED IN PLACE LINING

To accurately describe in its simplest form: this involves the process of installing a new pipe into an existing pipe.  The major advantage in this form of pipe lining is that it is formed into place, therefore no digging is required to install a new line.

WHY CIPP IS YOUR BEST SOLUTION!

BENEFITS

There is no need to dig up the street, sidewalks, driveways, or any other structure that is situated on top of an existing pipeline which translates to added cost savings for our customers.

The great advancements in lining technology have gotten us to the point where we can invert, cure, cut ends, and re-instate services all within the same day.

Each liner is a custom continuous pipeline, since it is formed in place there is no need to connect sections of pipe together.

Roots have a tendency to enter a line and potentially block the line through joints, when you re-line the pipe you remove that root access point

The pipeline does not need to be perfectly straight to reline, given our liners flexural properties this gives the option to go around bends in a host pipe.

CIPP Liners are structurally independent, as well as providing added strength to the host pipe.

Meets or exceeds ASTM 1216

Some pipelines are elliptical or have size changes within the line, which will not deter that existing line from being a proper lining candidate

LATERAL REINSTATEMENT

Laterals are accurately reinstated with our CCTV robotic cutter on the same day of liner installation.  Resin formulas and felt thickness are custom specified to meet your specialized requirements

Skanex follows all Manufacturer’s guidelines when choosing the correct thickness given each jobsites site conditions.
